국창 권삼득 기념사업의 전개 양상과 추후 과제
본 연구는 국창 권삼득(1771~1841) 기념사업(1990~2023)의 전개 양상과 추후 과제를 살펴보았다. 국 창 권삼득 기념사업 34년의 성과는 2회(1993, 2003년)에 걸친 유적지(생가, 묘소, 소리굴) 조성사업, 3권 (국창 권삼득 평전, 국창 권삼득 자료집, 국창 권삼득)의 도서 발간, 3회(2011, 2012, 2023년)의 학술세미나 개최, 23회에 걸친 국창권삼득국악대제전 개최, 3종(마당창극, 애니판소리, 갈라쇼)의 공연작품 제작, 도로 명(권삼득로, 명창 권삼득길) 주소 부여, 소양천을 따라 떠나는 판소리 기행 등이 있으며, 생활 밀착형 스토리텔링 사업 등도 추진되었다. 국창 권삼득 기념사업의 가장 중요한 추후 과제는 완주군청에서 완주군 용진면 구억리 일대를 ‘덜렁제 마을’로 조성하고, 생가터를 중심으로 ‘국창 권삼득 기념관’을 건립하는 일이며, 이를 문화관광산업으로 발전시켜 나가야 한다. 아울러 권삼득 브랜드 고양 방안으로 국창권삼득국악대제전의 ‘권삼득상’ 제정, 전라북도립국악원 증 개축 건물 내 공연장을 ‘권삼득실’ 명명, 완주(전주) 시내버스 환승 음악으로 판소리 덜렁제 활용, 국창 권삼득 도록을 발간하는 일이다. 나아가 전라북도립국악원은 권삼득을 소재로 관현악 단의 국악칸타타나 무용단의 무용극 등 무대공연작품을 제작하고, 이를 통해 권삼득의 예술정신과 가치를 널리 알려야 한다.
Consideration of the Development Patterns and Future Challenges of Gukchang Kwon Sam-deuk's Promotion Projects
This study examined the development patterns and future tasks of the promotion projects for Gukchang Kwon Sam-deuk (1771~1841). Since its inception in 1990, the various promotion projects of Gukchang Kwon Sam-deuk have been as diverse as his illustrious footsteps. The sponsors and organizers of these promotion projects include the Gukchang Kwon Sam-deuk Memorial Association, Wanju County, Wanju Cultural Center, the Korean Traditional Music Association's Wanju branch, and Jeonju City, among other organizations and institutions. The accomplishments of Gukchang Kwon Sam-deuk's 34-year-long promotion projects include the establishment of historical sites (birthplace, grave, ‘sound cave’) on two occasions (1994, 2003), the publication of three books, hosting academic seminars three times (2011, 2012, 2023), holding the Gukchang Kwon Sam-deuk Traditional Music Festival 23 times, producing three types of performance works (courtyard theater, animated pansori, and gala show), naming a street after Kwon Sam-deuk, and implementing pansori excursions along the Soyang Stream. The future tasks for Gukchang Kwon Sam-deuk's promotion projects involve elevating the Kwon Sam-deuk brand, such as establishing the ‘Kwon Sam-deuk Award’ at the Gukchang Kwon Sam-deuk Traditional Music Festival, naming a performance room ‘Kwon Sam-deuk Room’ in the Jeollabuk-do Gugak Center's expanded and renovated building, utilizing the pansori “Deolleongje” as transfer music for Jeonju (Wanju) city buses, and publishing a “Gukchang Kwon Sam-deuk Pictorial Book”. Moreover, there are plans to establish a ‘Deolleongje Village’ in the Gueok-ri region of Yongjin, Wanju County, construct a ‘Gukchang Kwon Sam-deuk Memorial Hall’ centered around his birthplace, and collaborate with the Jeollabuk-do gugak center to produce stage performances based on Kwon Sam-deuk, such as a traditional orchestra cantata or a dance drama. Through these efforts, Kwon Sam-deuk's artistic spirit and values should be widely disseminated and further the cultural industry of Wanju County.
